Wrapped Up

Today’s look features another spring forward outfit that I cannot wait to wear this spring in the nation’s capital. Bright colors are the theme of today’s wrapped-up look. I know it’s only a matter of time before spring arrives in Washington, D.C. so I’m doing my part and sharing a few of my favorite staple looks for the upcoming season. I love all things feminine, style that is classic and timeless but not monotonous, I love a little spike.

I started with a basic orange dress from Topshop crepe tee shift dress via Nordstrom, added a J.Crew downtown field jacket and a colorful scarf from Zara to mix it all. I continued to add red accents via this Danielle Nicole Alexa mini bag and Zara pointy-toe flats. Heutiger Frühling Look, dass ich nicht warten kann, um es in diesem Frühling in der Hauptstadt der Nation zu anziehen. Helle Farben sind das Thema für heutigen Look. El look de hoy resalta un outfit de primavera que me muero por ponerme esta primavera en la capital del país. Los colores vivos son el tema del look de hoy. Sé que es sólo cuestión de tiempo antes de que llegue la primavera a Washington, D.C., así que estoy haciendo mi parte y compartiendo algunos de mis looks clásicos favoritos para la próxima temporada. Winter Flurries

We’ve had a couple of days of winter flurries. I’m not going to lie, even though I’m cold, I still get giddy when I see snow flurries. There’s no better way to walk around snow covered streets than with Hunter Boots. Wanting to keep my look casual yet spring forward, I paired it up with my Juicy Couture trench coat, J.Crew boy blazer, J.Crew toothpick jeans (now 50% OFF), J.Crew sailor stripe tee.

Hemos tenido un par de días de gotitas de invierno. No voy a mentir, a pesar de que tengo frío, me pone feliz cuando veo gotitas de nieve. No hay mejor manera de pasear por las calles cubiertas de nieve que con botas Hunter Boots. Hello sunshine! This weekend almost felt like spring. I think it was the first time this year that I wore heels and flats and didn’t feel too cold. As the spring approaches, I wanted to share an outfit with a pop of color. I love this lime skirt because it screams spring, I can wear it with simple tops and it looks sophisticated. Sometimes simple is better.

Hallo Sonnenschein! Dieses Wochenende fühlte fast wie im Frühling. Ich denke, dass es war das erste Mal in diesem Jahr, dass ich Schuhe trug und fühlte sich nicht zu kalt. Wie der Frühling nähert, wollte ich ein Outfit mit einem Knall der Farbe zu teilen. Ich liebe diesen Kalk Rock, weil es schreit Frühling, ich kann es mit einfachen Tops tragen und es anspruchsvolle aussieht. Manchmal einfach besser ist.

Por fin salio el sol y el frío no esta tan terribe! Este fin de semana se sintió casi como la primavera. Creo que fue la primera vez este año que me puse tacones y flats y no sentí mucho frío. Al acercarse la primavera, quería compartir un outfit con un toque de color. Me encanta esta falda de color lima porque grita primavera, puedo usarla con blusas sencillas y se ve super sofisticada. A veces simple es mejor.
