I’m a dress girl through and through. I tend to wear dresses year around. Even in the fall and winter, although occasionally do have to wear leggings or pants when the temperatures drop a little more. Spring, summer and fall are dress season extravaganza and what’s better than to stroll all your favorites on your vacations, right? And since we must go somewhere, we might as well go on a vacation. Farm Rio’s pieces always evoke happiness and offer eye-catching and colorful palettes. This dress, for instance, is perfect for a hot summer day when you’re going from brunch to pool to a stroll and then back out to dinner.
It’s loose enough that you get a gentle breeze when walking and thick enough for it not to show if you sweat a bit. I recently wore this look in Austin, TX and took it with me from Barton Pools to strolling down South Congress Avenue and to dinner. It worked for all occasions and made me feel put together the entire time. Note that the brand runs a little on the bigger side. This dress was a good fit for what I wanted it for. I also have two crop top and midi skirts set in an XS size and they fit perfectly to my figure. Farm Rio also have good matching sets such as this blue ensemble I wore last month.
