DRESS: RHODE LULANI DRESS | SHOES: MANGO RHINESTONE BALLERINAS (COMES IN NUDE AND BLACK).
A friend recently asked what to wear to a graduation as a guest while another asked what to wear to a baptism as a guest. When it comes to figuring out what to wear to these celebratory occasions as a guest, I recommended something polished and put together. Even though there’s no dress code for a graduation ceremony or a baptism, I tend to go with semi-formal pieces. I would recommend wearing something that makes you feel comfortable and elegant. It can be fitted but not too tight, not too short, not too revealing, not too casual that it looks like you just but the perfect combination between sophistication and chic.
As a guest to a graduation ceremony or baptism, follow a dressier and respectful attire as both family and friends will be around, and you want to make sure you’re respectful at these events. Sometimes the graduates or parents of the baby tend to wear white so I would stay away from this color not to overshadow the ones that invited you to begin with. some pieces I would consider are a knee high or mini dress or skirt. Stay away from low-cut necklines. Pantsuits are also appropriate and very modern. A tweed jacket or oversized blazer will also be very nice as well as a long shirt jumper or add a shawl to cover your shoulders especially if you’re going into a church.
