Soft and breathable fabrics are perfect for a pool day in Miami. A loose gingham mini dress is perfect to take you from pool to brunch and from Trader Joe’s to an afternoon beach walk. You can throw it over a bikini, accessorize it with a cure straw hat and jelly flats and you’re golden for a fun weekend in the sun in Miami or wherever you may be for that matter. Lightweight pieces and fun patterns are what spring is all about. The short puff sleeves give the dress a little bit of something extra you’ll love.
Now, let’s talk about the shoes. I’m not the one to give into trends but I’ve been curious about the jelly ballet flats but didn’t want to spend much on them so when I stumble across these very affordable flats from Old Navy on sale for $9.99 (now at $19.99, still a steal) I had to try them. I’m usually a size 7.5/8 but I got these ones in a 7 and they fit great, they are comfortable and super cute. I’m definitely bringing these ones to Greece later this summer.
