Shirt dresses to another level with this shirt skirt all-in-one dress. The contrasting lines and flows make this Saud look a relaxed yet structured option for a day of walking around. You can wear this in Charleston in spring, from late February until May I would say. Later it will be too warm for long sleeves. I went in early spring, it was pretty much my spring break, a quick weekend to recharge and return to work on Monday with more energy and a sense of tranquility, which was much needed after back-to-back meetings. Charleston is very quaint. The southern charm is really unique. The people are so nice and always great you with a smile.
A quick weekend is good, get in on Friday after work, grab a bite, a cocktail on a rooftop and walk through rainbow row for a quintessential afternoon. On Saturday, you can visit a garden or a plantation to soak in the history, then head back downtown for a stroll throughout the French Quarter, Rainbow Row, mansions, get a bite at Basic Kitchen, Bar 167, etc. and then find a place with live music. Head to the beach whether Isle of Palms, Sullivans Island or Folly Beach to wrap up a fun spring break weekend. March is actually a very nice time to go. Wear sandals, sneakers, a straw hat to protect you from the heavy heat and have a good time. Take midi and maxi dress and matching sets.
