I wasn’t a fan of the cropped hoodies at the beginning because they didn’t seem to serve either purpose. What I mean is that they’re long-sleeves and warm on the upper part but cropped in the bottom area so if you are cold you won’t get the warmth you desire from a sweatshirt and if you’re hot you’ll be warm with the long sleeves. Everything changed when I started to think how cute a vintage cropped hoodie like the one I’m wearing on this post will look with high waisted shorts or leggings. The more I thought about it, the more I started to give in and needless to say I jump on the wagon and I’m not sorry about it. I wore this vintage cropped hoodie all weekend in the Hamptons. It was practical to wear in the car when my friends decided to turn on the AC in the car on our way there when it’s was cool outside, I wore it when I was at the house, for morning walks and to keep me cool at night after I had dinner at Navy Beach in Montauk and I needed to throw something on top of my crop top. The cropped hoodie is the perfect piece to wear when the weather is changing and you can get by with a light layer but you won’t get too hot because well it’s cropped on the stomach area. I loved that I could wear it on its own or layer it on top of other top or dresses when I needed to keep warm at night.

Ich habe diesen Vintage-Hoodie das ganze Wochenende in den Hamptons getragen. Es war praktisch, im Auto zu tragen, als meine Freunde beschlossen, auf dem Weg dorthin die Klimaanlage im Auto einzuschalten, wenn es draußen kühl war. Ich trug es, als ich im Haus war, für morgendliche Spaziergänge und um mich nachts kühl zu halten Nachdem ich am Navy Beach in Montauk zu Abend gegessen hatte und etwas auf mein Erntedach werfen musste. Der verkürzte Hoodie ist das perfekte Kleidungsstück, wenn sich das Wetter ändert. Sie können mit einer leichten Schicht auskommen, aber Sie werden nicht zu heiß, weil er im Bauchbereich abgeschnitten ist. Ich fand es toll, dass ich es alleine tragen oder über andere Oberteile oder Kleider legen konnte, wenn ich mich nachts warm halten musste.

No fui fan de las sudaderas con capucha recortadas al principio porque no parecían tener ningún propósito. Lo que quiero decir es que son de manga larga y cálidos en la parte superior pero recortados en la parte inferior, así que, si tienes frío no obtendrás el calor que deseas de una sudadera y si tienes calor lo tendrás, porque te va a dar calor con las mangas largas. Todo cambió cuando comencé a pensar en lo linda que se vería una sudadera con capucha vintage como la que llevo en esta publicación con short o leggings a la cintura. Cuanto más lo pensé, más empecé a ceder y no hace falta decir que me subí al carro y no me arrepiento. Usé esta sudadera con capucha vintage todo el fin de semana en los Hamptons. Era práctico usarlo en el carro cuando mis amigos decidieron prender el aire acondicionado en camino a la playa cuando hacía frío afuera, lo usé cuando estaba en la casa, para caminatas matutinas y para mantenerme fresquita por la noche y después de cenar en Navy Beach en Montauk y necesitaba ponerme algo encima de mi blusa. La sudadera con capucha corta es la prenda perfecta para usar cuando cambia el clima y puedes arreglártelas con una capa ligera, pero no te calentarás demasiado porque está recortada en la zona del estómago. Me encantaba poder usarla sola o ponermela encima de otra blusa o vestidos cuando necesitaba mantenerme abrigada por la noche.
