Trendy Thursday: Colorblock Winter

As you may already know, I love everything J.Crew. Regardless of the season I always manage to go in there and find the prettiest of things. I usually justify my purchases by saying “I can wear a tippi sweater to work and on a casual day,” which is true but you know what I mean. As I was putting this post together, I was already browsing through the J.Crew website and I couldn’t get away as I was contemplating all these great winter pieces that did not only made this trendy Thursday rock but they’re at a great price with all the discounts going on. Since I couldn’t pick just a couple of winter staples, I put together some of my favorites. Christmas is less than two weeks away. How are you doing with your Christmas shopping? I’m happy to say I’m done. It’s the first year that I’ve finished ahead of time. Currently Coveting: Statement Maxi Skirts

I woke up this morning coveting statement maxi skirts and where did I look? ASOS obviously, they just make the best skirts at an affordable price. As soon as I saw the Asos maxi skirt in linen with side split in black all I could think was it would look fantastic with my ruffle top (last times seen here) for an engagement party or rehearsal dinner, I’m definitely adding it to my ever growing wish list.
