Dot Dot Dot

I love hosting dinner parties; having people over and cooking can be very fun. Although it’s usually Will who does most of the cooking, I like to organize, plan and do a few appetizers, it must be the planner in me.

This H&M polka dots dress (last seen here) is one of my favorite dinner outfits and matches my Anthropology polka dots apron. Double polka dots, yes please!

Winter at the Beach

Winter at the beach has a bittersweet feeling to it. You still enjoy the view but wish it was warmer to go in the water. I wore a Zara red blazer, JCrew boy shirt in Carrick Tartan, Guess by Marciano skinny jeans (last seen here), Steve Madden Intyce boots (my favorite pair) as I went to the shops in East Hampton later, hence the outfit.

My red blazer is one of those pieces I have in my closet I love and although I want to wear it all the time, I have to space it out and pick the perfect match. The JCrew shirt is the perfect example. It keeps it colorful, classic and trendy! Hope everyone is having a good week, xoxo!

Bang Salon love

Sometimes you just need to be pampered. Hair styling is one of those things that make me happy, the process of having someone play with your hair and style just takes indulgence to a whole new level.

Meet your beauty go-to salon in DC: Bang Salon. The philosophy is simple, let Patrick know what you like and allow him to play with your hair. Expert hair treatment, yes please! Katie did a wonder blow-dry job, she starts styling full time next week.

Weekend Prep

This Armani Exchange leather jacket (last seen here) is one of my favorite pieces in my closet, so I always try to use it during the fall and winter seasons. I took a chance with my dark Guess by Marciano skinny jeans which both excited me and me weart as I was afraid it was going to be too dark but the outfit looked really good together.

I finally got to wear my Banana Republic elbow patch pullover that I got for Christmas and I loooove. Stripes and elbow patches are sooo me, thank you Will! Steve Madden Intyce boots and Majorica Pearl stud earrings.

Some people have been asking me how do I do my curls. It’s really easy, I use this Conair curling iron and apply hairspray at the end and hello curls!
