Full Blown

I hope everyone had a great Christmas. Full skirts have been very useful during the holidays. The elastic waist and twirl-action come in handy when you’re eating so many delicious meals with the family and because of the shape of the skirt you can keep on eating and look fabulous. Wanting to keep things feminine, preppy and chic, I added this pretty C. Wonder silk scarf. It adds print and color contrast to the overall outfit.

Ich hoffe, jeder hatte eine tolle Weihnachten. Full Röcke waren in den Ferien sehr nützlich. Espero que todos hayan tenido una linda Navidad. Faldas full han sido muy útiles durante las fiestas navideñas. La cintura elástica y giro de acción son muy útiles cuando estás comiendo muchas comidas deliciosas con la familia y debido a la forma de la falda puedes seguir comiendo y lucir regia. Festive Feathers

2014 is only a few weeks away. It’s unbelievable how fast time flies. Holiday parties are popping up everywhere and the question of what to wear to a holiday party continues to crowd our minds. 2014 está sólo a unas semanas. Es increíble lo rápido que pasa el tiempo. Las fiestas navideñas están apareciendo por todas partes y la cuestión de qué ponerse para una fiesta continúa en nuestras mentes. With the snow taken over the East Coast, warm and cozy jackets are a must! Today, I want to share my favorite winter coat with you. I’ve had it for a few years and I love it every time I take it out of my clothes bag every winter season. Lucky you, J.Crew brings it back every year in a variety of colors for every style. These photos were also taken at the Long House reserve in East Hampton, NY. The little bow gloves and faux fur scarf add soft and gentle details to the overall look. When I want to dress up my outfit I wear the scarf showing the crystals and when I want to be more casual, I just turn it around. Ich habe es für ein paar Jahre, und ich liebe es jedes Mal nehme ich es aus meinem Kleidersack jede Wintersaison. Glücklich sind sich, dass J. Con la nieve a lo largo de la Costa Este, las chaquetas cálidas y acogedoras son una necesidad! Hoy, quiero compartir mi abrigo de invierno favorito con ustedes. Lo he tenido durante algunos años y me encanta cada vez que me lo saco de mi bolsa de ropa cada temporada de invierno. Put a Bow On It

Plaid, bows and tippi sweaters are just a few of my favorite things in the fall season. I can’t have enough tippi sweaters, they’re the best! Put these three items together and well… nothing gets better than that! I love bows so when I saw these cuties at Mango a few weeks ago, I had to have them plus they match my favorite BP boots from Nordstrom. They have them in black and brown as well. Let’s talk about this scarf; it’s soft, cozy, and it’s a great “on the go” accessory that can make any outfit pop. I wear this outfit to the office on casual Fridays, most recently I wore this outfit when Will and I went for a stroll in East Hampton with the puppies: Pablo and Taj (you’ve probably seen photos of them if you follow me on Instagram, they’re the cutest puppies). Tela escocesa, lazos y suéteres tippi son sólo algunas de mis cosas favoritas en la temporada de otoño. No puedo tener suficiente suéteres tippi, son los mejores! Pon estos tres elementos juntos y bueno … nada se pone mejor que eso! Me encantan los lazos, cualquier prenda de ropa que tenga lazos, muero por ellas, así que cuando ví estas bellezas en Mango hace unas semanas, tuve que comprarlas además que combinan con mis botas favoritas BP de Nordstrom. Las tienen en negro y marrón también. Hablemos de esta bufanda, es suave y acogedora, y es un gran acccesorio para esos días que estás apurada y hacen que cualquier atuendo haga un pop.
