Zimmermann resonates with elegance, style, sexy silhouettes and beautifully crafted prints. They have great summer pieces. Their dresses and cropped tops are wonderful, and I could not get enough of them. I wore a colorful set for my welcome drinks at my wedding almost a month ago and most recently I splurge myself with this white and navy seamless print as I went to the Hamptons for a mini moon. The style is very chic and you can’t help but to feel put-together and on it in it.
I’ve got my eye on the all-white cropped top that came out 3 years ago and I’ve been tracking it for years so if anyone sees it anywhere in a size 0 I would be eternally grateful. Speaking about sizes, I’m a size 0 in both the top and skirt. The great thing about sets is that you can mix and match them with other pieces so it’s like you’re getting two outfits in one. It features pieces from Buckminster Fuller, Yoko Ono and Willem de Kooning, and many other artists. It’s $20 per person but such a nice activity that I highly recommend it. I’ve been a few times before and the reserve has its classic sculptures, but you can also find new pieces throughout the property.
Puffed sleeves, romantic fabrics surround this mini moon look. This is the third year I’ve gone out east with my now husband so I wanted to take him to a few different spots besides the usual lobster roll, vineyards and restaurant spots, so we went to the LongHouse Reserve for an afternoon of outdoor sculpture sightseeing. Located at 133 Hands Creek Rd, East Hampton, NY 11937, open daily but for Monday and Tuesday. You can spend an hour to two easily. Make sure you check out their event calendar, they usually have some fun activities planned in the summer.
