Shacket, a shirt of thick material that is typically styled as a jacket, the name is a combination of shirt and jacket, also called a shirt jacket, has naturally knitted itself into my closet for the past two years. The simplicity of the style brings happiness and I’ve become accustomed to them as I transition from summer to fall. Shirt jackets or shackets are very easy to style, they come in different colors and materials but personally I like my Zara greish green shacket because of its versatility. I paired my shacket with another classic summer to fall transition, a little black dress. I wear this simple but classic look with sneakers as I walk a lot when I’m in Madrid.
I leave my shacket open when I’m going uphill and close it when the night falls and the temperature drops in mid to late September. My shacket is 100% cotton which makes it very easy to care for. Throw it in the washer and lay it flat to dry. The nig front pockets are useful when you’re running errands and don’t want to carry a bag but just a wallet and phone, you can use these pockets and you’re all set. I find the style feminine with a hint of creativity and edginess. I tend to dress very classic, so this addition is a nice subtle change to my everyday wardrobe. Shacket, es una camisa de material grueso que típicamente se usa como chaqueta, el nombre es una combinación de camiseta y chaqueta, también llamada chaqueta camiseta, se ha integrado naturalmente en mi closet durante los últimos dos años. La simplicidad del estilo me trae felicidad y me he acostumbrado a ellas mientras cambio mi vesturio de verano a otoño. Las shackets son muy fáciles de combinar, vienen en diferentes colores y materiales pero personalmente me gusta mi chaqueta verde gris de Zara por su versatilidad. La combiné on otra transición clásica de verano a otoño, un mini vestido negro. Me puse este look simple pero clásico con sneakers porque camino mucho cuando estoy en Madrid.
La dejo abierta cuando voy cuesta arriba y la cierro cuando cae la noche y la temperatura baja a mediados/finales de septiembre. Mi chaqueta es 100% algodón, lo que la hace muy fácil de cuidar. Métela en la lavadora y déjala secar en posición horizontal. Los bolsillos delanteros son útiles cuando haces recados y no quieres llevar cartera sino solo una billetera y un teléfono, puedes usar estos bolsillos y listo. Encuentro el estilo femenino con un toque de creatividad y nerviosismo. Tiendo a vestirme de manera muy clásica, por lo que esta incorporación es un cambio sutil y agradable en mi guardarropa diario.
