As I say hello to 2012, I say goodbye to a great year full of fashion, love, fun and countless adventures. I wanted to share some of my favorite flashes of style from 2011 so here you have them!
Heli Prep
To end the year on a good tone and to deliver a Christmas present, I went on a helicopter ride over NYC. I wore a Zara red blazer, JCrew boy shirt in Carrick Tartan, Guess by Marciano skinny jeans and Tory Burch classic reva ballet flats.
I love my JCrew double cloth lady day coat, it has been one of my best winter purchases, totally recommend it!
As far as accessories, I wore Mint Julep gold starfish earrings and a Marc by Marc Jacobs classic Q Hillier bag.

NYE Dress
I wore a Marciano Aria glitter cap sleeve dress to receive the New Year with glitter and sparkles. The one-shoulder asymmetrical dress shined all night and the metallic shine brought glam to the last party of the year.
I spent this NYE in New York at a loft party in Tribeca.
I also wore Forever 21 sparkle earrings and Zara suede pumps. Take a look at other fantastic NYE outfits. Happy 2012 everyone!
Polka Dots
When I first saw this dress (from H&M) it totally reminded me of the one Sarah Jessica Parker wore in the “American Girl in Paris: Part Une” espisode when she flies to Paris. It’s one of those dresses that you know you’ll use some day, not sure when but you know you have to have it.
A few ideas where you can wear a dress like this is date night, ballet or opera night, dinner party, family gathering and just any other occasion where you want that unique fluffy dress.
