Last weekend, I had the pleasure to attend OMBRE’s summer fashion show in Vitznau, Switzerland, about an hour from lovely Zurich. The energy and appreciation for the Swiss brand made in Colombia was felt in every corner. The brand did a great job at curating the entire experience. The location was breathtaking, the stunning Hotel Vitznauerhof, which was a living painting from the moment you set eyes on it.
Everything was a vibe, the designer and creator of the brand ensured no detailed was spared. They had the nicest photographers and friendliest guests ready to cheer the show on and celebrate the collection to the fullest. I left feeling energized and motivated. It wasn’t just a fashion show; it was an experience. From the time you arrived, to the grounded meditation by the lovely Leyla Salvadé, to Vérae’s flower arrangement tutorial, to the fashion show, pop up, cocktails by the lake, and the most exquisite dinner, you felt the love and inspiration that make OMBRE the brand it is today.
It’s wonderful local brand, and I cannot wait to see what’s next for them, I heard hats, sign me up! For this summer collection, you can expect beautiful linens, light layers, woven bags, vests, and pretty much all the light pieces you need to make a statement while staying cool and looking posh.
