Burgundy is such a nice color to wear in the fall, winter and as we transition to spring. The color is bright, a little moody but brings together a sense of warmth but also a can’t wait for spring sensation. Don’t overestimate the power of monochromatic styling. A single-color palette can be very simple yet elegant and sophisticated. It’s easy to put together but it always looks good so give it a try and see how you like it. I wore this outfit yesterday and the weather in Madrid these past few days has been a little moody, kind of temperamental so the burgundy monochrome look seemed just right. In the evening, I added wool socks for extra warmth.
