This very affordable, elegant, simple and structured oversized blazer from Zara plays an important role into the practicality of seasons switch. Last time, I wore it with a belt and gold ballerina flats. I love clothes, but I also buy very consciously. Zara is a favorite when shopping for classic pieces that look nice, but you don’t have to break the bank to get them. Don’t get me wrong, I do enjoy putting on an expensive blazer and value the quality and attention to detail it was put in it but I also value spending my hard-working savings into pieces I can get at affordable prices and also last.
Fall in Madrid is lovely. All you need is a light layer. I also wear my sweater blazer from J.Crew often as it’s easy to put together with a belt and a skirt or pants or jeans and you have a quick effortless outfit. The easiness of an oversized blazer is that it looks sophisticated and effortless, literally you can put it on top of a t-shirt and you’re done for the day! You can get an oversized blazer pretty much from any brand these days, but I wanted something around $50 so this one from Zara was perfect! Basics are in style so an easy look with jeans, t-shirt and an oversized blazer can take you from the office to happy hour, to brunch to the airport, the options are endless.
