In case you are not familiar with the brand, Reformation is an American brand made in the U.S. that focuses on sustainability and they make the most form-fitting pieces that accentuate your silhouette. Since 2015, they have been able to track their environmental footprint, it’s really cool to see how much they saved on water, waste and carbon dioxide on each piece you purchase. The pieces are timeless and even though they are pricey, you can always find good deals during holidays. I do have to note that the quality is impeccable, I’ve had dresses for years and look just like new, I highly recommend you check them out if you don’t know them already.
Some stores, like the one on the UES and on Bond St (NoHo) in New York city have a creative feature that I find really cool. When you walk into the store, you’re able to see one sample of each piece they have at the store, then you can browse on a screen more options and see available sizes, once you have made your picks, you head to the dressing room and your choices appear on a closet. I have to add that the waiting areas are spacious and warm, I can take my boyfriend with me, and he can go online while I try things on. There’s free Wi-Fi.
