It’s the most wonderful time of the year and no one does holiday décor quite like New York City. From the intricate Bergdorf Goodman’s windows to the Rockefeller Center Christmas tree, the oversized nutcrackers and all the lights on Fifth Avenue leading to Central Park, it’s just so magical and festive that crowds visit the city even more around the holidays if it’s even possible. I love Christmas, the songs, the traditions, family and friends getting together and remembering the good things we have in life, what we have accomplished and what’s yet to come. A lot has happened this past year and I’m very much looking forward to 2020 and the opportunities it brings. Red and green, gold and white, silver and metallics are the most worn colors during this season. Nonetheless, I like to add a little flare of my own, I’ve always loved the pink and red combo. Take this look for instance, a simple pink midi skirt and cozy turtleneck sweater you probably already had in your closet plus statement bow red pumps and voila, you’re all set for Christmas eve. Everyone’s style is unique and the fun part is that you can play around with fabrics, hues and create new looks even with items you already have in your closet, which I do often as I cannot shop for a new outfit every time you have an event and it’s also cost efficient and it brings a certain degree of pride to know you can re-wear classic pieces you’ve invested in over and over again.

Han pasado muchas cosas en este año y estoy ansiosa por que llegue el 2020 y las oportunidades que con el nuevo año llegan. Rojo y verde, dorado y blanco, plateado y colores metálicos son los tonos más usados ​​durante esta temporada. Sin embargo, me gusta agregar un pequeño toque diferente, siempre me ha encantado la combinación rosado y rojo.
