Day 1: Stroll to Oxford St., Hyde Park, Buckingham Palace, Big Ben (now knows as the Elizabeth Tower is currently undergoing the most extensive conservation project since it was built in Victorian times, but you can still see most of its tall splendor), Westminster Abbey, London Eye. Break for a meal. Continue to Piccadilly Circus, Chinatown, Trafalgar Square, Soho. As you may already know, London is like Hamburg that rains a lot, but you can still do all of these sightseeing in the evening and the lights at night are even more mesmerizing.

Day 2: Start with an English breakfast, then head to Notting Hill, Kensington Palace and Gardens, Princess Diana Memorial Fountain. Stop by a pub and have fish and chips if you want to get immerse into the English life all the way. Make reservations a swanky restaurant.

Day 3: Tower of London, London Tower bridge, St. Paul’s Cathedral, Shakespeare Globe, Borough market, HMS Belfast, walk along the Thames River. Check out a speakeasy or swanky bar before heading to dinner.

Randomly found Alice’s, this quaint store in Notting Hill with the cutest vintage china, all made right here in England. Located at Alice’s: 86 Portobello Rd. This is one the many things I enjoy about traveling, taking the time to just walk around a neighborhood without being rushed to get to the next thing and discover hidden gems like this that I may or may not have gotten too excited and bought things that are making my suitcase explode. Leaving details on the next photo and below if you want to check it out when you’re in the area. Of course, there are so many more things to do (still so many museums on my list) and go to buy if you’re in town for 3 days or have work meetings and can only take early mornings and evenings to see London, you’ll be happily pleased with this scheduled. I’ll share my favorite bars and restaurants next. If you get a free rain-free day, head to Stonehenge, Oxford or Cambridge for the day. I’ve done it before, and you can see a lot in a quick day trip.
