Trendy Thursday: What to Wear in Greece

DRESS: TOPSHOP FLORAL PRINT RUFFLE SHOULDER MAXI DRESS | HAT: LACK OF COLOR RUSSO STRAW HAT | SUNGLASSES: KAREN WALKER SUPER DUPER SUNGLASSES | BAG: HAT ATTACK ROUND HANDLE TOTE | SHOES: STEVE MADDEN ‘RIZZAA’ ANKLE STRAP SANDALS.

When I was packing to go to Greece I found myself wondering what to wear to Greece. I spent most of the time on the island of Ikaria, where my boyfriend’s family is from and even though he told me it’s super casual there, I still wanted to bring a few statement pieces. So glad I did, as we ended up going to Santorini for the weekend and floral maxi dresses came in handy. If you’re wondering what to wear when you go to Greece, remember to pack light. Make sure you bring a hat to protect you from the sun, statement sunnies, a spacious straw tote bag, it’s great to go from island to island and you can take it everywhere, also bring low-heel/wedges/or flat shoes. You want comfort and a lot of the streets are cobblestoned or marble and you don’t want to slip and injure yourself when you’re just getting around the islands in Greece. I’ll be sharing more looks from Greece to give you more ideas.

  1. I love the flower and leaf design on that coloured material. Very pretty indeed. It must be a dream to wear.
